Volunteers should have experience in financial modeling and be able to use Excel or Google Sheets. Professionals in banking/finance, accounting, financial analysis, underwriting, and consulting are ideal
candidates.
Deliverable: 36-month financial projections spreadsheet
Hackathon Title: Driving More Traffic to Your Website
Volunteers should have experience in marketing fundamentals related to increasing website traffic and user experience principals that will lead visitors to a clear call to action. Business professionals should understand best practices in getting found on the internet and leading site visitors through an experience that leads to a call to action. Understanding of SEO principles and strategies preferred, but not required. Professionals in website development and online marketing are ideal candidates.
Deliverable: Prioritized checklist of ways to improve the user experience on your website; Three strategies to drive
Hackathon Title: Creating a Competitive Analysis Chart
Volunteers should have experience doing basic market research to analyze the competitive landscape and determine the key drivers of competitive advantage. Professionals in banking/finance, financial analysis, marketing/branding, and consulting are ideal candidates.
Deliverable: Chart of the primary competitors and key differentiators/competitive advantages
Hackathon Title: Creating Social Media Content Template
