While the COVID-19 pandemic poses an immediate threat to our health, it has the potential to decimate our small business community and impact our economy for many years to come. “Main Street” businesses in our local communities will be crippled and the capital-starved small businesses in our most resource-poor communities are facing the threat of extinction.
